Talent Lab Ghana (TLG) is a community dedicated to accelerating the progression of Ghanaian high-school students in their desired career paths.

Our aim is to make tightly held industry secrets and processes more accessible in order to better prepare students. We achieve this by connecting them with one of our experienced mentors in their field of interest for a 3 month long program.

Mentors work with students to gain clarity on industry requirements, and help rapidly advance their career prospects by giving them practical experience and equipping them with the essential skills needed to succeed in their educational journey and career, as well as connecting them with industry-relevant people in the network.
